I have let Robert James manage my property in Noosa Heads for 5 years and I am very happy! they are reliable, punctual, competent and cost effective. one thing I like about Robert James is the fact they are understanding of my needs as a landlord and completely accomodating with every aspect of the process from advertising a property, to maintaining it and reacting to issues. if I had more properties (I have one at this stage) I would not hesitate in letting Robert James manage them too.
