Marie was in constant communication throughout the process of buying our house. She was helpful every step of the way. If I needed a real estate agent to sell a house, I wouldn't hesitate to use her services.

Very good experience

Well, what can we say. We called 3 Real Estate agents to advise on the sale of our property. We made our choice to go with Marie from Robert James because she was the most positive. She didn't try to "interior design" our house, making some constructive comments only. Others that we had attend made the whole process of selling sound like the world was going to fall around us " not a good climate for selling houses with the Government being so unstable and an election coming", or didn't like our furnishings and we needed to refurbish the property before going to market. Nothing seemed to faze Marie, even having two large dogs which would remain when she was taking people around for a viewing. Marie also kept in touch every day with an update on her buyers and their comments. Couldn't recommend Marie enough and would certainly look at her being part of the sale of our new property when the time comes.
