Positioned in a very quiet no through road, this is where you find acreage living at its best with all the peace and quiet you can manage.
Lovely green pastures for life stock, chook house (laying chooks will stay), your own fresh eggs. Variety of sheds, plus a container converted to a work shop with power.
The home is very country with wide cool verandahs on 2 sides of the home, the main one off the living area is very generous and has picturesque aspect of the colourful gardens, dam and your private acreage. Timber clip board floors throughout the home, (no carpet), easy care.
The home is very open plan and every room is generous, there are 4 bedrooms, main bedroom with walk in robe, ensuite is in one wing of the house, opens out to the verandah and has the aspect of the acreage. The other 3 bedrooms are at the other end of the home, all with built-ins, ceiling fans and main bathroom is adjacent to them all. There is also a 5th Bedrm/study/work from home office, has its own powder room, and 2 entries, one off the front verandah and the other into the home.
Living, dining kitchen is very bright and airy, so much room, kitchen has stone bench tops, lots of storage a touch of vintage with the tongue and groove cupboards/drawers, sunken sink like days of old (suits the house to a tee), walk in butler's pantry, 6 burner gas cook top, glass splash back. For our very few winter months there is the cosy combustion fireplace.
Laundry also has the stone bench tops and sunken tub, another good size room and overlooks the acreage.
Storage galore in this home, somewhere for all your bits and pieces. Double carport with under cover access in to the home.
Only a few minutes to Tewantin Village, school bus pick up at the end of the street.
