About this property

Bronzewing Farm is a picturesque 21.5 hectare holding in the Underwood/Lilydale district, blending strong lifestyle appeal with genuine agricultural capability and easy access to Launceston and Lilydale. The well-built 3 bedroom home is highly efficient, with predominantly double glazing, a heat transfer system and a 7.5kW solar array supported by two Tesla batteries, making the property largely self-reliant. More than 100,000 litres of water is dedicated to the home and gardens. Water security is exceptional. A reliable bore supplies the 2 large greenhouses, while a spring fed network delivers around 620,000 litres to storage, which feeds the Pepperberry dripper system. All paddocks benefit from gravity-fed stock water via dual water points and multiple natural watercourses feed several waterholes across the farm. The agricultural setup is strong, with quality pastures, good soils, well positioned stockyards, a small shearing shed, open bay machinery shed, multiple garages and storerooms, plus a freestandin

Seller's review

Max had a real passion for our property and provided excellent advice and consisent communication

When we decided to sell our small boutique farm, we had three different agencies review and give us market appraisals. Max was first and his research on the farm before visiting, his increased enthusiasm once we showed him around made us question whether we would waste our time getting the other appraisals. Ultimately, the second agent was just plain lazy - giving us a 'dossier' with someone else's farm on the cover, information about the district from realestate.com.au and to add insult to injury - photos of the inside of the house when we bought it 20 years earlier. The third agent gave a market appraisal around 65% of the others... So, just as well we found Max, because the others were a waste of time. When it came to selling the farm, Max was very efficient in lining up the video and still photo guys for the advertisement as well as putting together the blurb. We can't really rate Max in terms of his longer term efforts and commitment to both us and potential buyers because he sold the farm to the first people that looked at it. What we can say is that Max's communication over that 2 week period was very good, with txt message and email updates coming in at all hours of the day. We started to wonder whether Max slept at all... The outcome for us was brilliant.
