History
From the area known as Lymington, this farm is part of the original Closer Settlement Grant circa 1913 allotted to Albert Eeles. This is only the second time Pine View has been offered for public sale.
Location
The farm is ideally located on Nile Road on the outskirts of Evandale, 20 minutes from Launceston and less than 10 minutes from Launceston airport. Historic Evandale township is 5 minutes away, providing all services and conveniences. This is a strong agricultural area where land holdings are tightly held.
Farm Area
