Successful sale of a unique property achieved.

Jarrod immediately puts you at ease with his relaxed approach. At first we approached him to buy a property that he was managing. He set up the opportunity to view the potential property promptly. Even though we did not buy that particular one we had formed the opinion that we could trust Jarrod to sell ours. In a short time he had worked out a strategy on how to present our unique five acre property to the market. Many people came to view our house and when a suitable offer was made Jarrod made a special trip, as we were away at the time, to bring a contract to us. Even though there were delays for settlement Jarrod remained positive that things would turn out. We were particularly happy that the right people ended up buying our home of many years. This indeed was a successful outcome for all concerned.
