We were very impressed with the very professional skills and knowledge that Annie displayed when selling our house in Port Lincoln. Being an experienced and astute realtor she is highly aware of the current market trends, economic outlook and was very realistic when establishing a price range for our property. Anni often communicated with us both personally and by phone. She followed up promptly on any concerns /queries. Nothing was too much trouble. After each open inspection she would leave detailed notes saying how the open went and what was happening the next week so we knew ahead of time. I loved that before marketing our house, she gave us hints /ideas on how we could present our house in the best light. Thanks Anni!! Due to her hard work and endeavour we managed to sell our house within 4 and 1/2 weeks from when it was first placed on the market. She obviously loves her profession!!
