Informative knowledgeable and easy to talk to

Zen was an amazing person to buy a property through. I was at work and was very unsure of the process as it was very daunting the prospect of being a first time home buyer. But Zen was incredibly helpful and patient and worked so hard to help me achieve my goal. She actually made the process fun and interesting and put absolutely no pressure on me to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with .
