I am extremely grateful that I have found a professional company that excels at customer service. I live in Melbourne and purchased an Investment property in Newcastle in 2020 . I have never seen my 1 bedroom unit, but I am constantly updated on everything that is happening. Robinson Property collect the rent, pay all the council/water rates, do regular inspections and rent reviews that have been favorable. They always screen and find fantastic tenants for me. At the end of each month, I receive a statement outline the money collected in rent and the outgoings, leaving a balance that is deposited into my nominated bank account.
