Easy tenant transition

The Rental Team at Robinsons had my unit filled with an appropriate tenant within days of the former tenant vacating. They advertised well, set a good price for the current market and were able to fill the tenancy with a known contact who was transitioning from another one of their nearby lease properties. Having a known entity move take up the lease provided extra peace of mind.
