Hi. We have owned our two units for about six years. If you want someone to inspect your unit with experience- fix anything themselves ie. arrange the quote , get the handyman in, do battle with the Strata management on your behalf, check it has been done to your standard - this is Robinson property. When a tenant moves out they inspect and will advise if anything needs uplifting ie. after many years they had the handyman come in and paint the unit for half the price. They are available on the phone and return your calls when you request it. So unusual!! Seriously, there are many agents you can align your property to, but I’ve heard all the stories.
