Informative Agent and Great Support Team

We recently purchased a unit through Mike and overall had a very positive experience. From the initial inspection, Mike was friendly, informative, and helpful, and his support staff were efficient and approachable throughout the process. Our only concern was that after our offer was accepted and we promptly arranged a private building and pest inspection (the following morning), we received an email mentioning there was other interest in the property. This made us feel a bit rushed and concerned at the time when we were simply doing our due diligence as buyers. While we understand the agent's responsibility to the seller, it's also important to provide reassurance to buyers who are acting in good faith. Overall though, we were happy with the professionalism, communication, and friendliness of the team, and we'd be comfortable recommending them to others.
