Works for both

I had a number agents wanting to act on my behalf for this sale. Bonnie contacted me and as she had acted for me previously and did a wonderful job I did not hesitate to look sten to what her thoughts and strategy was for the sale of my home. It should be noted that I wasn't in a hurry to sell but Bonnie was able to find a buyer that not only met my price but also suited the type of person I'd be happy to sell my home to. I have been extremely pleased with how the sale of my house has gone to date.
