Designed by John Streeter of EJE and completed in 2021, this sculptural coastal residence brings together architectural discipline, robust construction and refined detailing in one of Newcastle's most tightly held beachside addresses.
Its design is practical as much as it is beautiful. Northern light, winter warmth and cooling nor-easterly breezes are carefully harnessed, while acoustic glazing, thermal insulation, solid construction and low-maintenance materials have been selected for long-term comfort by the coast.
Across three lift-connected levels, the home delivers exceptional flexibility. The main residence provides expansive everyday living, a tranquil bedroom level overlooking Empire Park, and a private top-floor two bedroom apartment suited to extended family, guests, live-in support or future accessibility needs.
