It was a pleasure working with Rochelle from the first meeting to setting up the campaign to the follow up after every open to the final negotiations. Rochelle's advice at every step helped us present our property in the best light while we were kept updated after every inspection with feedback and any recommendations to progress the campaign. While opens were scheduled for 30 minutes, there were many times when Rochelle would extend the open when people wanted to talk or spend some extra time in the property. Private inspections were never an issue with Rochelle opening the property outside of hours to facilitate possible buyers. Rochelle was always available to chat and provide updates whenever we contacted her. In what can be a stressful time, Rochelle was always very responsive and was able to provide a calming reassurance when we perceived an issue or problem. She was our Mrs Fix it!
