Attentive, interested and involved

I was very happy with Rodney Morley as the managing agent of my rental property. So of course I asked Rochelle to sell this property. Rochelle was always honest about the state of the market which was difficult at the time of the sale. Rochelle worked very hard at the sale which took quite some time as it was tenanted which made the sale more difficult. Rochelle made suggestions to prepare the flat to get the best possible price. She was always available for private inspections other than scheduled inspection times, and then was always in touch to report back the outcome of these inspections. Overall I have been very satisfied having Rochelle as my selling agent after having the Rodney Morley agency as my rental manager. There was always open and honest communication.
