I recently sold my unit through Michelle at Roger Mickhail Property. Michelle was honest about the property value from the outset and explained all the fees and charges upfront. I received in weekly updates on how many people attended the opens, how many email and phone enquiries she received etc so she kept me in the loop during the whole sales campaign.
