Although we have only been with Raine & Horne a short time, since managing our rental, things have run smoothly, no stress with getting a new tenant, and any maintenance issues are dealt with quickly. The office runs a fortnightly payment of rent to landlords, which is very helpful to have a cash flow other than once a month.
