Not a great experience

The overall experience was disappointing. Open homes were stopped as soon as an offer was received, even though nothing had been signed. When that offer fell through, no further inspections were arranged. After we asked for an update, an inspection was scheduled at an awkward time when it was unlikely many people would attend. This wasted valuable time and likely reduced our chances of receiving a better offer. The next offer was significantly lower, and we felt we had little choice but to accept it as the property was costing us money every day. Communication was also lacking, with us having to follow up for updates ourselves. Overall, it felt like the process was not handled proactively.
