It was a pleasure to have Paul sell my mother's home. From day 1 to settlement date, he was fully engaged, easy to contact and fully informed us of the sale process and progress. Didn't sugarcoat the market even as it was booming, with his honest opinion of the property value. He even achieved sale price slightly over his target band which helped ease my mother's concerns on other overinflated agent's values.
