Joe, was the best because we lived remote from the property so relied on Joe for everything, negotiating with the tenant for home opens and potential client inspections, communicating fully with our property management company. We never had any problems, and then when a potential client was identified and price agreed Joe assisted us arranging for work to be done to bring building up to code.
