Richard Nowak went above and beyond his duties as our Real Estate Agent. He not only secured a great result for us at auction, he was honest and really hard working through the whole campaign. Richard also project managed renovations we did to prepare the property for market. During the campaign he conducted three scheduled opens weekly as well as private inspections when requested, and kept us updated throughout the campaign with buyer interest and feedback - which was spot on when it came to auction day!
