Would highly recommend Jim Dimitropoulos

Jim was friendly, straightforward and efficient. My house got passed in at auction, and he worked until 6pm after the action to negotiate a sale with an interested party who had chosen not to bid at Auction. He was punctual and communicative at all times. He followed up everything and never failed to call or respond to a call when required. He was clearly experienced and informed and has an admirable (and these days, rare) work ethic. Trustworthy,, reliable and a very nice person to deal with. My father, who was a real estate lawyer for 50 years, thought very highly of his service. If I ever buy or sell again, I will call him first to see if he is available to be our agent again.
