Over and beyond expectations

Sam was completely on the ball from the get-go. He was very friendly, helpful, patient, professional and committed. Sam and his team have extensive knowledge of the market and they’re extremely gung-ho. During the sale of my unit, he always kept me in the loop with what was happening. When I asked him for any information, he was onto it after we’ve spoken. I found Sam to be reliable and a very skilled negotiator. From his long experience in the property market, he was able to suss who were the real buyers. He knows Fairfield like the back of his hand and was able to tell buyers the location of my unit to the train station, shops, etc. Sam even went out of his way to personally come to my home to let me sign the contract on the day he got a buyer……I call that service! I was more than pleased with the sale price. He should be too since he has set a new record! I would highly recommend Sam to anyone selling their property.
