Sam Ruisi and Ruisi Real Estate 'Dream Team' were absolutely fabulous!

We are so happy to have selected Sam Ruisi and his Ruisi Real Estate team as our realtors for the sale via auction of our long term family home.. Originally we had picked Sam due to the reccommendation of famiky friends for whom he had handled the auction of their home in our neighbourhood. They had raved about him and now we can see they had goid reason to do so. At every step he listened carefully, answered all of our questions, was honest and up front, supportuve of our cincerns and worries and used his extensive real estate knowledge and experience to guide us without either promising ridiculous 'pie in the sky'outcomes or rail roading us into decisions. From the advice on renovations/maintenance issues and styling to the excellent ad campaign, open houses and timely feed back throughout the pricess, the support was lhenomrnal. Sam and his team were very caring and supportive. But the proof of the pudding was in the outcome of the auction: a good number of registered bidders, competition for bidding enhsnced expertly by the auctioneer and our home sold for a price well above what we had expected!
