We recently purchased a home on Russell Island, we were lucky enough to see a house advertised on the Island so we telephoned Olivia to look at the property advertised , it wasn’t quite what we were looking for so she took us to another half a dozen homes , unusual for us we fell in love with the last home she showed us ,normally we seem to buy the first home we see . All through the process of the purchase she has been an excellent conduit between the seller and us the buyers, to the extent,the settlement was delayed, and we were on the island expecting settlement to take place ,when it didn’t she’s arranged for us to be able to do some work that we wanted to do ,nothing was ever to much trouble went out of her way to ensure we were happy, the property has now settled we are very happy and highly recommend Olivia if you are buying or selling your home ,we feel sure you will not be disappointed .Thank you Olivia we are most grateful to you and the agency Shelley and Jackson Brown
