Simplest sale I have done for a great result

Robert was easy to talk to and was on the same page with the sale; wanting a quick sale, but at the same time getting a good return on investment. The whole process was seamless and simple, take photos, post online, and sell. Not having to worry about an open house was a huge relief, and took a lot of pressure off the process.
