My incredible, fantastic experience selling my home with David Perco from Ray White Real-Estate.

I was very nervous to sell my home of 47 years but knew I was in excellent hands with David Perco. David has sold many properties in my area so I knew I could trust his expertise and knowledge. What I didn’t know was from the very first meeting with David and his Assistant Patrick I felt like I was a priority, and I trusted him completely. He gave me excellent advice initially and was constantly guiding me every step of the way throughout the campaign. I appreciated the way he presented himself at every Open House and the on the day of the Auction, he was professional, looked impeccable and was so welcoming to everyone coming to look at the house. He explained all the processes clearly and the best strategies for a great result. His communication, advice and reports on interested buyers was above and beyond my expectations. David and his Assistant Patrick, (and wonderful team, Tamara and Natalie) made the stress of selling my home a positive, and happy experience. On a more personal note I found David to be incredibly respectful not only to me but his young assistant. It was so refreshing to see a young man like Patrick with such impeccable manners, and also giving me great advice. I can just imagine how proud his parents must be. What a lucky young man to be mentored by such an experienced Agent and decent person like David Perco. If there was a Gold Medal to be had at Ray White I would be voting for David Perco 100%.
