Anthony (and all the staff at Barlow McEwan Tribe) was very helpful during the whole process of selling the property (a deceased estate). Always accessible and willing to chat about our situation and what was needed to be done etc. It was a very difficult market at the time for sellers and buyers we very few on the ground and really looking for bargains, most properties were being passed in or not able to be auctioned (as was ours). Anthony gave me honest advice on what we could expect in that environment and what he thought were in the estates best interest at the time. Anthony negotiated a sale for us in the 2 weeks after the initial auction date which we are very happy with given the markets continued decline of recent times.
