Sylvia Setiadi - The best rental agent we ever had

Sylvia Setiadi was incredible from the beginning until the very end. Sylvia is a complete breath of fresh air compared to all the other agents we have experienced – we have rented a lot for many years! She always made us feel valued and completely respected (even) as rental tenants. We appreciate that we could always discuss about anything with her. She was always available for us and attended to our needs immediately. She never made us feel like we are bothering her and we always feel comfortable in reaching out. Sylvia is a very organised and meticulous agent, so the experience we had for the lease signing agreement to the ending was very painless! Thank you Sylvia for everything.
