Saliba Estate Agents helped lease this property

Saliba made it a really smooth and easy process to rent my property for the first time

Gokul ran me through all the steps i needed to rent out my first property. He clearly explained what needed to be done, what the rental price was likely to be and what improvements and steps I needed to take to maximise the rental. His knowledge of the market meant that we priced the rental right and achieved my pricing expectations. At all stages he kept me informed on what was happening which made me very comfortable. Finally, he was able to source tradesman to undertake the works for me, where I had been struggling to get good reliable people. The tradesman's price were very good value and Gokul helped me to minimise the work I needed to do to get the property ready to rent! Thankyou!!!
