I have had a very positive experience with Saliba as a tenant. They are organised, professional, responsive and very easy to deal with. Communication has been excellent from the beginning. They keep you informed, respond promptly, listen to any questions or concerns and, importantly, you don’t feel as though you have to keep chasing things up. If something needs attention, it is followed through and dealt with efficiently. I have also found them approachable and respectful in the way they communicate. The whole process, from applying for the property through to moving in and managing the tenancy, has been straightforward and well organised. Overall, I have been very impressed with their professionalism, communication and follow-through. They make the tenancy process feel easy and well managed, and I would happily recommend them.
