Sean Campbell and his team achieved a sale for us to a lovely family in a relatively quick time considering the current challenging market. His communication with us following Open Homes and during marketing was excellent and Sean put forward some excellent ideas including the suggestion to engage Salted Grace Interiors to provide furniture and fittings to assist prospective purchasers on how the vacant townhouse could look when furnished, which we did, and we were pleased with the result. Following the acceptance of a negotiated sale price, Sean assisted both the purchasers with their pest and building inspections etc and further personal inspections plus assisted me with some information new to me re today's procedures for the settlement to occur. Sean and the Team previously managed this former rental property for some years and in our opinion, they did a good job. Having worked with Sean and the Team over many years, we would use Sean's professional service again.
