Thorough with that extra personal touch

Between the two of us we have bought and sold a variety of houses over the years. We knew this sale was going to be different. 40 hectare block, unusual, unique house all added up to a potentially smaller group of buyers. Sam jumped right into it. Right from when we first met her we knew she was the right person to take on this challenge. It started with the pictures, they were brilliant and generated large amounts of inteterst. The inquiries were varied in nature as you would expect for this style property. Sam handled them in her stride. The thing we liked best however was that we worked as a team, us as the vendor, and Sam as the agent. All strategies were talked through and then analysed and adjusted. Sams level of communication was of the highest level. She kept us informed along the way, alerting us to buyer questions, buyer feedback as well as the variety of buyers looking at the property. She is certainly very thorough in discussing potential buyers requirements. It is also worth noting that her extensive real estate experience was a huge help overall. She has been selling in this region for many years. Her knowledge of regional pricing is excellent.
