Inecialy, we went with Ray White and this agent took 6 months to find a potential buyer for our property. We only heard excuses from this agent and they were supposed to be the best in WA. What a waist of our valuable time and money. Then we came across Manuel Sammut. They were not the best in big talks like the previous so called the best agent only in big talks.
