Professional service with an honest and experienced agent

Sebastian came recommended by a friend who has been in the housing industry for 40 years. After interviewing 3 real estate agents Sebastian stood out with his genuine nature, experience in the real estate industry, and he didn't shy away from answering questions that other agents had avoided answering. He has integrity and is trustworthy. Communication was important to me and Sebastian took the time to answer my questions, even on weekends and after office hours, he patiently explained terms that I didn't understand and clearly outlined the process necessary in selling a house. Sebastian's team did a really great job in getting the house ready for sale, especially Erin with all her interactions with the trade workers, building inspector, and the stylist. Erin went over and above her duty to get the house ready. The communication from Sebastian's team once the house went live online was amazing, with frequent notifications for open houses, updates directly after each open house, weekly website reports and open house reports, and reports when offers were made. Since my family had 4 people involved in making decisions regarding the house sale, and we all live in different places, Derin organised Zoom meetings to keep everyone informed and Sebastian was at each Zoom meeting too.
