We responded to a cold call by Andrew when he spent a considerable time educating us on the process of downsizing. On meeting face to face, he and Tayla were very personable, had good senses of humour and we were impressed by Andrew's understanding of the psychology of buying and selling They were always professional. The entire team were always available for questions and we were always kept in the loop through emails and phone calls.
