From the start Andrew and his team detailed how they would go about selling my house . They provided a spread sheet as to what they would do and when it would happen. They stuck with the schedule and time lines exactly! Very impressive in my view. Any questions I had were quickly answered and I was regularly kept up to date as to what was happening I trusted his advice on a number of occasions and was never disappointed His advice as to the likely price range for the house proved to be accurate . I interviewed two agents before accepting Andrews offer to sell my house. He very much impressed me on that first occasion as there was no "hard sell" just good advice Such was the quality of the service Andrew provided ,should the occasion arise to either buy or sell he would be my first choice. I totally recommend him
