Buying our home with Ingrid was a dream. Right from the get-go, she listened to our needs and desires and actually helped us with our search, suggesting options, sending prospective properties, walking us through countless homes, sending area profiles and future town planning, checking in on our search etc. She showed a genuine desire to help us, not just in business, but in finding the right home for our family. We felt like we were treated like people, not just a commodity. And the best display of this is when we had put in an offer on a property and then she came back saying we can go $20K less. This doesn’t happen in this industry, from our experience, as real estate agents are known to try and squeeze every last drop out of the customer. Ingrid does business from the heart, not just the head. Yes it’s a career and a means of making money, but at the end of the day it’s word of mouth and the power of the people who bring more business, so with that in mind, we highly recommend Ingrid in every way. Her communication through the sales process, her generosity in allowing us to enter the property on a number of occasions, just to make sure it was right, her understanding of the property and the process and finally her understanding of us and the features we were hoping for in our property purchase, eventuated in the realisation of the property of our dreams.
