ABSOLUTELY FIRST RATE. RESULTS DRIVEN.

I came to terms with Adam on a Wednesday afternoon. On Thursday he was on the phone and asked if it was OK to bring someone around on the Friday morning. He arrived Friday with his buyer. I had a contract to purchase on Monday afternoon for my full and expected selling price. To say that I was happy is an understatement. My home never made it to the open market, saving me considerable money not having to advertise or have photos taken. If you are looking to sell a home in the 4132 postcode area you should at the very least talk to Adam at Ray White Marsden. You could do far, far worse. In fact based on the other 3 real estate "local experts" I spoke to, I would say you will do worse. I know I would have!!
