An all round excellent experience

We purchased an investment property in 2021 and Saunders were the selling agents. Tim was so friendly, professional, genuine, and accommodating that we chose them to manage the property. We then had the pleasure of working with Julia and we could not have been happier with how the property was managed. Julia found a reliable long term tenant, before the purchase had settled, who leased the property for the entirety of our ownership! Julia made sure the property was well looked after. Inspection reports were detailed and any required maintenance actioned quickly. Julia was firm with the tenants, but very reasonable and fair. We had every confidence that the property was being look after, which was important as we live in NSW. We recently decided to sell and Tim stepped into action finding us a buyer in under 2 weeks!! We could not be happier with Tim and Julia. Management and sales fees were also very reasonable.
