Seamless experience

I had the pleasure of working with Bev on the sale of this property plus two others. As with all property sales there were a numbers of maintenance issues we as sellers needed to address. Bev helped us with each of these items in tandem with her property management colleague Vikki Chadwick, ensuring less hurdles and an efficient process. No request was too much to ask. As sellers you always hope for the best sales price and Bev being mindful of our goals did her best to align a sales price that met our hopes and the market exactly where it needed to be. Bev took what could have been a stressful process to one that felt easy. I’m grateful to her for that.
