A great experience

From the first day meeting Liz during the open inspection right till the end where settlement was completed and keys exchanged, Liz has been most helpful throughout the whole experience. She was friendly and very genuine in giving market information on the property. She was not afraid to highlight the pros of the property, but also pointed out its flaws as well such as the broken storage cage, which hardly any real estate agents do. When buying something of such financial magnitude, I think trust is a key factor in making a decision and Liz comes across as a very trustworthy and ethical person. The property was beautifully presented and definately gained interest from buyers in what can be considered a difficult market. This purchase was truly a spur of the moment thing. I believe if the property was not presented as it was by Savills, and if the agent was not as welcoming as Liz, I'd most likely simply pass on the purchase. At the night of auction, I was well looked after and she helped convince the vendor in agreeing to some critical demands of mine on the night of the auction. Like I said, the decision to buy was very spontaneous and I only thought of the demands on the night of auction. During the settlement period, Liz kept me informed of the progress and was always easily accessible via phone or email, which really made me feel valued. On the day of settlement, the house keys were presented in a beautiful gift box and a present was also surprisingly given on behalf of Savills. I have bought 5 properties in building up my portfolio and this is the first time where I feel the whole experience brought out from Liz and Savills, has been the highlight of my purchase. It's been a great pleasure of working with Liz.

It was so lucky to have Liz as my agent to present the property for all the potential customers, when I looked back through all the details when I was working with her for sale.
