Quick Sale

Given that our place was rural we did not expect such a quick sale. Signed the forms without fully understanding the conditions of sale. Very professional presentation wth photographer who knew his stuff and professional copywriter and floor planner. Glossy photos. Glen is a go getter. We were originally going to go with another agent but whilst we were preparing the property for sale he did not make any contact with us but Glen did follow up. We decided that was the type of behaviour we expected from our agent in relation to prospective buyers.
