Understands the market and looks for options

I contacted a number of Real Estates, and as unfortunately usual, not many came back to me with options. Robert has a clear idea of the northern beaches market and he was not only quickly to follow up he also brought different options to consider and best way to rent my house. He also embraces feedback, for example when we recently discussed best amount to put rent up which is usually a delicate subject.
