His marketing team put the advertising copy and photos together incredibly quickly and accommodated our requested changes with professional courtesy. Cranston went out of his way to keep us abreast of the interest in our property, with regular weekly calls and reports. As the auction day approached, he made assessments of the intentions of enquirers and communicated this clearly to us. In the end, we did not proceed with the auction as we received an acceptable offer prior.
