Professional and Genuine

Being a young couple buying our first house we were so grateful for how Josh treated us, he was genuine and really cared about us as individuals and making sure the whole process was as seamless as possible. It was so refreshing for us as most other agents treated us like another commission check but Josh always had our best interest in mind. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market and I will definitely be giving him a call if we decide to sell.

Extremely happy seller

Can't recommend Joshua from Schweitzer Estate Agents enough. The whole process of selling our property went so smoothly. Excellent communicator who kept us up to date with every part of the process. Always available to answer any questions whether trivial or otherwise. On point with market trends and was able to get us a great result above our expectations. One home open and under contract the next day. Couldn't be happier.

Secured my first home!

Thanks to Josh, I secured my first home. He is very easy to communicate with and wont waste your time. He also carries out business in an ethical way, something that a lot of real-estate agents I have encountered don’t do. Josh made sure to keep in contact with me after the contract was signed to ensure everything was going smoothly.

friendly, honesty

i found josh and his partner to be very honest, very friendly ,they know there jobs to get good quick results. even after sales they were more than helpful no go and whistle dixie stuff good honest hard working couple i really wish them the best for there future, i would highly recomend using there services
