Zeno

In May 2014, we were actively looking for property in south east suburbs of Melbourne. I had provided interest to property advertised by Zeno. I received a prompt call from Zeno and enquiry about my interest area, budget and house parameters. Zeno immediately proposed few properties and also had set-up an appointment at his office to review plans, locations and price of those proposed properties. Based on our discussion, we had decided on an apartment and also advised the price we would afford for the property. Zeno proactively negotiated on our behalf with the builder to accept the offer we had placed. Even after deal been signed, I find it easy to talk to Zeno and get all my queries answered. There have never been an occasion where he has never returned back my call or e-mail. Based on my experience, I would rate Zeno as highly trustworthy agent who is frank, with good understanding of the buyer and seller needs and strives to maintain the relationship. Overall we has a pleasant experience and would be utilising Zeno for our next venture.
