Recommending Zeno Kobica

I met Zeno by chance at auction I attended to view a property being considered by my son and immediately formed an opinion that he was someone I would be happy to work with when I sold my own property in the coming months. He patiently waited until I was ready for the sale, at which time I realised he worked for the same company that had arranged for the sale of my previous property 17 years earlier. My experiences with Scott Banks all those years ago confirmed that they chose their employees well and further reinforced my confidence in Zeno. Although I was not entirely comfortable with the auction process, I was pleased that Zeno was able to arrange for a satisfactory sale a few days after the auction date. At all times, Zeno acted professionally and was extremely considerate of my privacy. The 'open for inspections' were arranged after prior consultation with me and planned to minimise any disruption to my daily activities. He constantly kept me updated with progress reports (both verbally and written) and highlighted any follow-up interest with potential buyers. At no time was I pressured to accept an offer that was below my minimum expectations. Zeno strove to find a price that was acceptable and was finally successful. Zeno also offered support in providing information to assist in my search for a new home and, although I doubt that I will need to engage him in any future home sale transactions as I will be moving out of Melbourne, I would gladly recommend him to those who wish to engage a reliable agent in the sale of their own Melbourne property.
