A stand-out experience, a unique and knowledgeable agent right from the start to the finish line

A big thank you to Lyn for her good service and dedication to the job in selling the rural property, all 39 acres of it, and most of it forested – 703 North Arm Road, Argents Hill. Right from the start we loved her eagerness to get a feel for the property and having no hesitation to wander around the gardens and paddocks, in her high heels, to explore the property. Awesome stuff. She was our 4th agent, pre listing, to really “understand and appreciate” the property for what it is, seeing its uniqueness, charm and spiritual energy. Lyn brings a no-nonsense approach to her craft, including expressing the realities (unfiltered) as she sees them and expertly marketed the property with exceptional photos and drone-video footage to attract the right buyers who shared our vision around conservation. Lyn even took it upon herself to access the far corners of the property to take photos of the creek adjoining a section of the boundary as she obviously knew this would appeal to potential buyers.
